SIPC appointed as Development & Project Manager for a Greenfield integrated township (10,000)
to support the resource industry and local demand. The first stage development includes for:
1. Resort hotel (4- 5 star with 18 hole golf course
2. Residential complex (stage 1 includes for 500 home and land packages
3. Logistics centre, transport hub and warehousing,
4. Commercial office facilities,
5. Industrial Park , and
6. Construction staging, storage and assembly
• The Development Team includes international experienced designers, project managers
and with relevant upstream expertise in oil/gas and pipelines.
• Fast track development to support the Exxon LNG construction program.
• The development plan has taken steps to overcome the lack of infrastructure (eg.
Power), skilled labour & materials for buildings.
• Provide an integrated facilities management for the total complex and
• Development with high security, self sufficient and self managed.
Cambodia : Phnom Penh Master Plan
SIPC was invited by the Phnom Penh munciple government to privatise the master planning
process and introduce new investors in the development of new infrascture for the western and
industrial section of the capital city.
A preliminary development proposal that included international urban designers, potential
investors, operatos and end users was formed. Now awaiting on suitable commercial agreements
before work can proceed to development of new master plan.
